Conclusion This study examines the electricity consumption scenario of a large industrial park that is considering integrating PV and BESS. A MILP model with high temporal resolution is devised to conduct system configuration and operational co-optimization, with the aim of minimizing the average electricity cost.
With the techno-economic parameters shown in Table 1, assuming a maximum load of 10 MW and no upper limit on equipment capacities, the average cost of electricity in the industrial park after optimization using the proposed model is 0.5783 (CNY/kWh), which is 23.09 % lower than using only grid electricity (0.7522 CNY/kWh).
